Q: WHEN WILL MY FIRST WINE CLUB SHIPMENT ARRIVE?
We ship wine 4 times per year in accordance with the following schedule:
The first week of February – Just in time for Valentines Day
The last week of May – When our new vintages are ALL available
The first week in September – In time for Labor Day
The second week of December – To share during the Holiday season
We will notify you via email approximately one week before your shipment is schedule to leave the vineyard!
Q: Why do you charge me monthly but ship only 4 times per year?
We charge monthly to keep the billing amounts a bit more manageable for our members and ship quarterly to keep overall shipping expenses down for you as it’s remarkably expensive to ship Wine!
Q: How do I sign into my account?
You can shop as you normally would on the site and then sign into your account on the checkout page – this should auto populate your information and apply your 10% discount and free shipping on 3+ bottles.
Q: Can I substitute varietals?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to modify the existing clubs makeup of wines; however you will receive 10% off any additional orders you make online.
Q: When am I billed every month?
Q: Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes! Just send an email to us at info@freshvinewine.com and we will discontinue your membership. We are unable to refund any previous months billings however.
Q: Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes! You will need to provide proof that you are 21 or older to sign for your package.

Q: What makes a wine gluten-free?
Some wines use a process called fining, in which substances are added to the wine to help clarify it, potentially causing gluten contaminants to enter the bottle.
Fresh Vine Wines are made from California grapes, which are naturally gluten-free, and uses a fermentation process also does not include any gluten.
Q: What exactly does “Low Carb, Low Cal, Low Sugar” mean?
Fresh Vine Wines have less calories, carbs, and sugar as compared to the leading US wine brands of similar quality and price.

Laboratory tests reveal no trace of dairy, eggs, fish or animal products in the bottled wine.
Does Fresh Vine Wine anticipate adding more varieties of wines
Fresh Vine Wine is adding a rosé in late August and Napa Valley Cabernet in October to our 2021 portfolio. Thereafter, we are planning to make a Pinot Grigio launch in early 2022.
Are Fresh Vine Wines Vegan friendly?
Yes. Third party independent laboratory tests reveal no trace of dairy, eggs, fish or animal products in the bottled wine.
